Tagaytay seems to have the essential factors that need to consider when traveling-
vicinity from the metro, food galore, and the adventure. The best time to visit Tagaytay
falls from November to April where season is dry. But its average temperature stands at24
°C (75 °F) which makes the city ideal for family weekend getaways and as a summer
destination, second to Baguio.
DAY 1: MT TAAL ADVENTURE
Tagaytay overlooks the legendary Mt. Taal, providing one of the best vantage points to
view one of the world’s smallest volcanoes with 600 metres (2,000 ft) altitude.

From Metro Manila, Tagaytay is accessible by several bus lines along Cubao road, near
Cubao MRT if coming from the north. From the south, Alabang south station
accommodates buses and vans en route to Tagaytay.
DAY 2 : SKYRANCH
On the following day, you can engage in a lighter spree by bringing you family or loved
ones to Sky Ranch. This amusement park was built last March 2013 by SM Prime
This huge park is accessible from the central district by a jeepney –ride of 7php/0.15 USD. Conquer your fear of heights by riding on the 63 meters (207 ft) tall Sky Eye Ferris wheel. Or stir your adrenaline rush by taking a crack at one of the several kiosks, rides, or one of the 32 gondolas around the park.
Sky Ranch also gives you a spectacular view of the famous Taal Lake. Sky ranch is open
from Weekdays (Monday to Friday) - Php80.00 Weekends ,(Saturday & Sunday) and
Holidays – Php100.00. Free entrance for children 3ft and below. ( as of this writing)
Don’t worry about emptying your stomach since there are quite a few restaurants and food
stalls located inside the Sky Ranch. But bringing food inside the park is not allowed.
